1. About WinZed

WinZed is a promotional entertainment platform operated in Kabwe, Zambia. We offer promotional prize draws, prediction games, and entertainment features. WinZed is not a gambling platform.

2. Tokens & Promotional Credits

WinZed tokens are promotional credits used within the platform. By depositing funds you are purchasing promotional participation credits, not currency or financial instruments.

• Tokens have no guaranteed cash value
• Token balances are subject to the terms of each game or draw
• WinZed reserves the right to adjust token values at any time
• Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are processed via Airtel Money to the account of Elijah Changwe (+260 775 443 280). Withdrawals are processed manually within 1–2 hours during business hours.

• Minimum deposit: K1
• Maximum single deposit: K500,000
• Withdrawals are subject to available balance verification
• WinZed reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if fraud is suspected
• All transactions are final — no chargebacks

4. Prize Wheel

The Prize Wheel is an entertainment feature. Outcomes are determined by a weighted random number generator. WinZed does not guarantee any specific outcome.

• Spin results are final and cannot be reversed
• Bet amounts are deducted before each spin
• Some wheel segments are decorative and cannot be landed on
• Maximum of 100 spins per day per user

5. Predict Draw

The Predict Draw is a promotional prediction game. Entry requires payment of the listed entry fee in tokens. Winners are selected based on correct predictions verified by WinZed admin.

• Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted
• WinZed admin has final say on all draw results
• Suspicious or duplicate entries may be disqualified
• Winners are notified via the platform and contacted directly

6. Megga Pick

Megga Pick is a free promotional entertainment game. The daily play is completely free. The 3-Chance Pack costs K10 tokens.

• Pack tokens are forfeited if not used within 3 hours
• No refunds on expired packs
• The Megga Draw at the end of each session has a 5% chance of awarding 100 promotional tokens
• No purchase is necessary — daily play is always free

7. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use WinZed
• You must be located in Zambia
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be banned
• WinZed staff and their immediate family are not eligible for prizes

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Providing false personal information
• Any form of fraud or deception

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all token balances.

9. Privacy

WinZed collects your name, phone number, and transaction history to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

WinZed is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform use, technical failures, or game outcomes. By using WinZed you accept all risks associated with promotional gaming activities.

11. Changes to Terms

WinZed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
